Good evening ... I've been to side tracked to post anything on my blog recently ... but tonight I've managed to create two cards for Father's Day. Both cards have been inspired by this week's challenge at "Less is More" - One Layer card with Splatters - both cards have splatters unfortunately I forgot about the one layer element for the second card!!!

Not a brilliant photograph as it is brighter really |
A simple card involving masking, stamping and a little ink blending!
My second card:
Simple stamping with a window and some scrabble tiles but not One Layer!!
Enjoy
Loving both of your splatter cards

These both look great. I love the blue splatters on the first card which are so attractive behind the white text. And what a great idea to have a peephole on the second card! So creative. Love them both!
ReplyDeleteGreat cards xx Jan
ReplyDeleteTerrific cards! That first one looks amazing. Such a creative way to use the splats by making them outline a word. Must dig out some peel off letters and have a go at this myself. Love the second one too even though it isn't one layer.
ReplyDeleteThanks so much for joining us.

Two fab card, love the aperture on the second one especially Cara x
ReplyDeleteThese are both stunning and so creative, Elaine! Love the way the splatters reveal the word on the first card and the scrabble tile on the second are inspired. Great to see you at Less is More :)
ReplyDeleteSorry I'm a little late visiting this time!
ReplyDeleteTwo fab cards, I love the way you created the sentiment on the first card.
Thanks so much
Chrissie
