E-Book Reader covers ......
With the increased popularity in e-book readers I thought I would have a go at making some covers. These are what I've made so far .....
Needle cases and pin cushions...
I've been trying to make as much as possible over the last few weeks ready for a number of Craft Fairs over the next month. Having exhausted my enjoyment for reindeer and Santas! I've moved on to small gifts, starting with these needle cases and matching pincushions:

Santa and his helpers...
I've been busy making garlands this week.... I took the Santas, reindeers and elves that I had made using plastic canvas and wool and turned them in to a fun garland. The pictures are not brilliant but give a feel for what the garlands look like.
I wish I had a fire place to display them better.

What a weekend....
What a hectic weekend.... I've been in Lincolnshire my favourite county in England!!
We had our first Craft Fair of the Autumn and my first one as Craft-E-Place. My mum spends all of her time creating beautiful items with paper and card which we sell alongside my textile gifts. We were in Welton Village Hall (to the north of Lincoln) at a local sale of bric-a-brac and crafts. It was a busy afternoon with lots of people visiting and many clearly ready to start their Christmas shopping. We had a steady stream of people to chat to and sell to - hopefully they'll be happy with their purchases.
I'll be back in the County at a Craft Fair in Dunholme Village Hall on Saturday 17th November 2012. If you see something on my blog that you would like come along on the 17th or contact me via this blog.

This is our very full table - I think we needed a little more space!! |

Black, white and red all over........
I've been trying to create my first machine stitched quilt. These are two of the blocks that will go together to make a quilt for a single bed - if I ever get it finished!!!
I've completed all of the blocks - the overall effect is......
I've used plain black as sashing between the blocks with red cornerstones. All I need to do now is layer the top with batting add a backing and then machine quilt it and final bind the edges. When will I manage to finish it.......
