Hello ...

Just popping by to share a card ... I've managed to find some inspiration today so I thought I would share one of the cards I created.

A simple card with a tiny sentiment but sometimes I just don't have a lot to say and just want to send a card to say hello!  Today is just one of those days when I really do not have anything too say!

I'm entering the challenge at AAACards

Less is More ... Christmas in July

Good morning, I hope you are all well and settling in to the new 'normal' whatever that might be!!

Today we see the start of a new challenge at Less is More ... and it is a 'favourite' ... one layer challenge with the theme of Christmas!  If you are anything like me you need all the encouragement possible to get making Christmas cards early in the year.

I took one of my favourite stamp sets and a simple design to create this:

I created a mask first and then stamped the main image, masked it and stamped the other two images before water colouring with distress inks.  I drew the border and added the sentiment.

I used:
UNIKO - Pure Florals: Poinsettia
Distress Inks - Festive Berries, Fired Brick, Carved Pumpkin
Versafine - Onyx Black

I hope that you will be inspired to join in with the challenge and remember to check out the main blog for more inspiring cards from the design team.

Keep well and stay safe!
