I stamped and heat embossed the words with silver embossing powder. I then masked it with a star and lightly ink blended the edges before stamping a selection of stars with distress inks. That was the card done! I sometimes feel as if I've cheated when I create one layer cards as there is so little involved.

Distress Inks - Broken China, Salty Ocean, Peacock Feathers, Mermaid Lagoon, Blueprint Sketch.
