I stamped and heat embossed the flowers before water colouring with distress inks. I then used some rectangle dies to create the frames which I adhered to the card using foam tape to add dimension. I also stamped and heat embossed the sentiment.
I used:
STAMPlorations - dee's artsy impressions, Blossom Sprays #2
Distress Inks
Lawn Cuts - Stitched Rectangles

Not just one, but two frames! love how they're overlaid the colored image, whilst still retaining ample white space
ReplyDeleteSuper idea to use the frames to spotlight that gorgeous STAMPloration bloom!
ReplyDeleteThis is stunning, unusual and I LOVE it! xx
ReplyDeleteAdorable :)
ReplyDeleteThis is spectacular, Elaine! Your flower art pieces are always beautiful! I would have thought putting the frames and sediment box over the top would have detracted too much and covered up too much of the art, but oddly enough, it enhances it! Genius! Hugs, Darnell
ReplyDeleteClever framing. Beautiful card. =) Tracie
